Q1 What do you usually do during a break?
Q2 What do you like to do during a break?
Ans- Well, if the weather is good, I go for a quick walk popping in the coffee shop on my way back in order to treat myself with a cup of coffee. But if the weather is not that nice, I either surf the web or socialize with my colleagues in our employee break room.
Q3 How often do you take a break?
Ans- Well, I usually take a break every couple of hours as getting some activity at regular intervals improves my mental focus and makes my mood better. Though, sometimes, when I have too much work to do, I take a break only when I feel really tired andcan't do what I have to do anymore.
Q4 Do you take a nap when you have a rest?
Ans- Sometimes I do, but not too often. You see, if you routinely take naps, you risk wasting a lot of time merely because of nap-related activities such as post-nap teeth-brushing or makeup-fixing. Another reason why I don't think it's a good idea is that, in many cases, people intend to have a short refreshing nap of just 20 minutes but end up sleeping for 2 or 3 hours, which is a terrible waste of time.
Q5 How do you feel after taking a nap?
Ans- You know, I feel drowsy and discombobulated, like a zombie. I drink coffee nonstop, but it doesn't usually help a lot. And this overcast feeling follows me until nighttime.
