ANS- Well, I guess it happens for a number of reasons, the most common of which are the fact that nowadays many people have a busy schedule and just can't fit healthy activities in it or the fact that they have no energy after a full day of work , school, errands and child care.
Q2-Is it hard for modern people to live a healthy lifestyle?
ANS- I'm sure that the majority of people find it really hard to stick to a healthy long-term lifestyle although they are willing to. i guess the main reason is a lack of time cause most people are more concerned about building a carrier and earning a living and less focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. People work 12 hours a day, have hectic schedules, long commutes, little time and mind space and don't manage to allocate enough time to activities and choices necessary for a healthy lifestyle.
Q3-What can parents do to help improve their children's health awareness?
ANS- Parents can play a huge role in shaping their children's health awareness. First, they can talk to their kids about the importance of healthy food choices, like why it's better to eat vegetables rather than junk food . Its also really important for parents to set a good example by eating healthy and being active themselves. If kids see their parents making healthy choices, they're more likely to do the same .
Q4- Do schools have the responsibility to provide health education?
Ans- Yes, health education is one of the responsibilities that schools in my country take on. It's usually part of the regular curriculum , and students have special classes where they learn about things like nutrition, exercise and how to take care of the their bodies. Mental health is also included. They get lessons on how to deal with stress or talk about their emotions. Plus, teachers sometimes bring up health related topics during other lessons or organize events like sports days and workshops with guest speakers, as doctors or fitness coaches.

Ans- These days, people can find information about staying healthy in lots of places. People can use the internecion. They can read blogs, watch You Tube videos, or follow health experts on social media. There are also tons of free apps that give advice on things like eating well, exercising or even sleeping better. Of course, people can still get reliable information from doctors or other professionals, like dietitians. Some also, like to read books or magazines about health.
Q6-How do today's people keep healthy?
Ans- These days, people are a lot more aware of their health than before. Many try to stay active by going to the gym, taking fitness classes, or just walking more instead of using the car all the time. A lot of people also try to eat better. They avoid fast food, eat less sugar or follow a diet that helps them feel good. Another thing that's becoming really popular is using apps and fitness trackers. They help people keep track of their steps, Calories or even how well they sleep. On top of that, more people pay attention to heir mental health.
