A few weeks ago, I had to take the bus to get to the city park. And, you know, what I thought would be a nightmarish experience turned out to be incredibly enjoyable. Normally, I travel around the city by car, but my car broke down on that very day. It just didn't start. But I wanted to spend quality time with my best friend, and we haven't seen each other very often lately. So we decided not to postpone our get-together until later.

According to our initial plan, I had to pick up, and we were supposed to go to the park. together in my car. But since the car broke down and we had to use public transport, we decided to travel separately and meet at the park. If I had taken the bus to her place and then we had gone to the park together, it would have taken ages.

I expected the bus to be super crowded. I have no clue what happened, but there were hardly any people there, even though it was a Sunday during that busy period when many people go out for leisure activities or shopping. But I remember it was super hot that day, and maybe this is what made people stay home. Since it wasn't as crowded as usual, I had plenty of space. I could choose where I wanted to sit, and there were a lot of options. I was very glad about this because the ride to the park takes more than an hour, and standing for that difficult.

During the trip, I read a book because I usually don't have any time for reading on regular days. When I finished the book, I just looked out the window and enjoyed the scenery.
