i. Do you think the advice parents give their children is always good?
Absolutely not. First of all, sometimes, parents give advice based on how things were in the past. This advice might not work well today. For example, some parents think that working online or being a blogger is not a good job just because, in their time, people didn't earn money online. Because of this, they may not understand how online work can be successful today. Another reason why parents' advice isn't always the best is that the same situation can lead to different outcomes for different people. For example, if parents tried to start their own business and failed, it doesn't mean their children will have the same result, If parents advise their child not to start a business based only on their own experience, it might not be the best advice. Their child could succeed in building a business with the right skills, knowledge, and timing, even if the parents didn't. Finally, parents-often think they know what's best for their child, but the child may have different dreams or talents For example, some parents might believe that being a makeup artist is not a good career for a boy, so they advise him to study business management instead. However, if makeup artistry is his true passion, he won't feel happy or fulfilled following their advice. This could prevent him from fully using his potential and becoming successful in what he loves.
ii. Why do some people like to ask others for advice on almost everything?
I think everything boils down to just two things a lack of confidence and being unwilling to take responsibility for the consequences of their decisions. So, first, such people often doubt their own judgment and don't trust themselves to make the right choice. As a result, they ask others for advice to feel more secure. Plus, asking for advice gives them someone else to blame if things go wrong. This way, they avoid taking full responsibility for the outcome, which makes them feel more comfortable.
