4.Wild animals
Q1 Why are some people more willing to protect wild animals than others?
Ans- I think some people are more willing to protect wild animals than others because they feel a strong emotional connection to them. For example, someone who grew up around pets or wildlife might care more about animals' wellbeing. Another reason is that they are more aware of environmental issues. Watching documentaries or reading about endangered species can make people feel responsible for helping. Some people have personal experiences with animals that affected them deeply, which makes them want to protect them. Also, empathy plays a big role, because they naturally care about others, including animals. People like this often enjoy spending time outdoors and observing wildlife, which strengthens their bond. That's why they are more willing to take action to protect animals compared to others.
Q2 Should parents take their children to the zoo to see wild animals?
Ans- On the one hand, it's a good idea because zoos help children learn about different animals. For example, they can see how animals look and behave, and in contact zoos, children can even touch and play with some animals. Seeing wild animals can also inspire some children to think about future careers, like being a veterinarian, zoologist, or wildlife photographer. And for many children, going to the zoo is the only way to see wild animals up close. Not all families can travel around the world to see animals in nature, and it can also be dangerous to see them in the wild. On the flip side, it can be stressful for both children and animals. In some zoos, the conditions may not be good enough. Animals might not have enough space, and this could make them sick or unhappy. Seeing animals in such places can upset children. In zoos, animals don't always act like they would in the wild - they might not hunt or play as they usually do. Some animals can also get stressed because of the noise and large crowds. They might feel scared or nervous when many people watch them all the time.
