The given table chart depicts the information about the production of movies with various genres and the profit they earned in United kingdom in 2012.
Having a myopic look, it is clear that, there were 70 dramas and documentaries released with the average of 23.6% releases each, but with the different profits as 8.3% and 2.9% , respectively. Meanwhile, only a single biopic was produced with a little more profit than that of drama as 9.1%. Whereas, a divergence in the trend of comedy and horror movies was noticed as former constituting 17.6% of at 9.5% and 20.2, orderly.
Moving further, the differences in the remaining genres were a very marginal as film related to violence had the identical ratio of all releases. Likewise, the release of 5 romance movies only made 0.8% income as compared to action movies at 4.1% with 4 of it. Lastly, 8 other genre of films were produced but was only able to generate the economy of no more that 3.2%.
Overall, comedy genre accounted for the highest proportion of income, however, a significant money was earned from romance related films.
