Sample Answer:-

To be honest, I'm not the kind of person who makes bold decisions easily. I usually need a little push or at least someone to do things with. My friend is pretty much the same, so we often decide to do things at the same time. One of the best decisions we made together was to finally start going to the gym. We'd both been talking about it for ages. You know, the usual 'We should get healthier'. We should exercise m ore, kind of thing, but neither of us was actually doing anything about it. Then one day, we just sat down and said, 'OK' lets do this. Let pick a gym, choose the days, and go together. I think if it had just been me, I probably would' ve signed up, gone once or twice and then stopped. But knowing that my friend was doing it too made me feel more motivated. We chose a gym near both our homes, agreed to go every Monday and Thursday after work, and even made a shared playlist to keep us going. At first, it was tough, but we kept showing up because we didn't want to let each other down. What made it interesting was how it slowly become part of our routine. We started feeling better, sleeping better, even eating better without really planning to. We actually looked forward to those gym sessions, because it wasn't just about working out, it was also about catching up and laughing about it how unfit we were at first. So, deciding to go to the gym together made all the difference. It wasn't just about fitness. It was about support and sticking to something because you're not doing it alone.
