Ans-The person I'd like to talk about is my colleague, Diana. She's one of those people who genuinely care about the environment, not in a loud or dramatic way, but through small, practical actions. What I really admire about her is that she believes everyone can make a difference, even at work or in their own neighbourhood.
She encouraged me to think more seriously about environmental issues through something very simple... paper waste in our office. At the time, most of us printed everything without thinking. Honestly, I was guilty of that too. One day, Diana gathered everyone together and talked about how much paper we were wasting and what impact it actually has. She shared some facts that really stuck with me. For example, I was honestly shocked when I found out that producing just one A4 sheet takes around five litres of water.
She didn't lecture us or make us feel bad. Instead, she put up posters around the office with clear, eye-opening facts and encouraged us to use electronic documents whenever possible and think twice before printing anything. Because of that, I personally started printing much less and became more aware of my everyday habits.
I really respect Diana because she leads by example and inspires others without pressure. She made me realise that protecting the environment doesn't have to be complicated. It starts with small, conscious choices. I feel a lot of respect for her, and I honestly wish there were more people like her.
