About six months ago, I read this book called The Miracle Morning. It really inspired me to try waking up at 5 a.m. At first, it was insanely hard because I was the type of person who would stay in bed as long as possible, hitting snooze like five times. But little by little, it got easier. Finally, I got used to waking up early. And now I wake up at 5 a.m. without any struggle. Honestly, it's been a game-changer for me. Before, I used to wake up already feeling tired, like I'd been carrying heavy loads all night. I'd feel drained all day long. I used to drink three cups of coffee just to function. And even that didn't always help. I have no idea how it works, but now I feel full of energy. This change has made me so much more pro both at work and at home. Plus, I finally have for myself. In the mornings, while everyone else. still asleep, I read, do yoga, meditate, and plan day. Sometimes, I watch interesting YouTube or listen to podcasts. So I can see how much my life has improved because of this simple habit.
