63. Describe something you bought but returned in the end
You should say:
what it is
when you bought it
why you returned it
how you returned it
I usually ask for an exchange if there's something wrong with my purchase. I only return things when the product can't be fixed or exchanged, or if it didn't meet my expectations. That's exactly what happened with a pair of sneakers I bought a few weeks ago. I bought them because I saw a big discount online and thought, "Wow, such a great deal!" I placed the order right away, without second-guessing. When I tried them on at home, they seemed perfect. They looked amazing and felt fine. I couldn't wait to wear them out. So I decided to take them for a walk the very next day. When I started walking, I felt something was off, but at that point, I couldn't figure out what exactly was wrong. The next day, I gave them another shot. I was hoping they'd get better with time. But they didn't. This time, it hurt everywhere, and my left foot was literally one big blister. The sneakers were beautiful and high-quality, but I knew I'd never wear the again. So I had no choice but to return them .Thank God, the store had a simple return policy just filled out a form online, packed the sent back into the box, and dropped them off at at the nearest courier service. Within a week, I got my refund.
