part 3 - Skills
Ans:I would like to talk about my father, who taught me an important skill when I was a child.
He taught me how to ride a bicycle when I was around eight years old. At that time, I really wanted to learn cycling because many of my friends could ride bicycles, and I also wanted to ride with them.
My father took me to a nearby park where there was enough space to practise. First, he explained how to sit on the bicycle, hold the handle properly, and use the pedals. He held the bicycle from behind and helped me keep my balance.
In the beginning, I was afraid of falling down. I also lost my balance several times, but my father encouraged me and told me not to give up. He helped me practise every evening. After a few days, I learned how to ride a bicycle on my own.
I felt very happy and confident when I finally learned this skill. I was proud of myself, and my father was also very happy to see my progress.
I think this skill is important because cycling is a good form of exercise and helps us stay healthy. It is also useful because we can travel short distances without depending on others.
Apart from teaching me cycling, my father also taught me to be patient and keep trying when something is difficult.
Overall, this is one of my favourite childhood memories, and I will always be thankful to my father for teaching me this useful skill.
