part 3 - 'Communication'
Ans:I would like to talk about a time when my friend talked about something I was not interested in, but I continued listening to him.
It happened a few months ago when I was sitting with my friend at a nearby café. He started talking about football and explaining the rules of the game. He also talked about his favourite football team and some famous players.
To be honest, I was not very interested in football because I prefer watching cricket. I did not know much about football, so I found the conversation a little boring.
However, I kept listening because he was very excited while talking about his favourite sport. I did not want to hurt his feelings or make him think that I was ignoring him. I also wanted to show him respect because he always listens to me when I talk about things I like.
At first, I felt a little bored, but later I started asking him a few questions about the game. I learned some new things about football, and the conversation became more interesting.
Overall, it was a good experience because I understood that we should listen to others even when we are not interested in the topic. It also helped me become a better listener.
