sample answer-

I've been thinking of getting into skiing for quite a while now. The only problem is that this idea makes me excited and scared at the same time. On the one hand, when I think about it, I imagine myself skiing on steep slopes and enjoying stunning mountain views. I associate skiing with adventure, freedom, challenges, speed, adrenaline and fun. And that's what makes me really excited. On the other hand, I've read lots of stories about people suffering fatal injuries while skiing. And I realise that it is this fear that keeps me from getting started. I hope I'll' able to cope with it in the near future an skiing for the first time. To be honest, I have always wanted to s mountains for example in the Alps not an indoor snow centre even if there are real snow ski slopes. But I think I'll have to start by taking lessons from professionally-trained instructors at a ski centre in my city before booking a ski holiday and heading to the mountains because it's difficult to say now if I will like it or not. What if I decide that skiing is not for me? If I like it, I'm sure I'll quickly get the hang of it as I've always been a fast learner. I don't want to ski like an expert. I just want to go through the basics such as learning how to walk with my skiing equipment on, how to snow plough and stop if I slide, and how to get up if I fall. Maybe, I'll have to learn a lot more than that. Well, I don't know yet. In any case, I'm sure it's like learning to ride a bicycle. At first, you losing your balance, but once you get the of it, it becomes second nature and you never forget how to do it.
