39.Patience

Q1-Are you patient?

Ans- Well, i guess i can say 'yes' as i am able to wait calmly in stressful situations and can stay in control even when I'm irritated. What is more, i am rather persistent and can stay focused on something for the long run.

Q2-Did you use to be more patient or less patient than you are now?

Ans- Oh, I guess I used to be less patient as i didn't have enough experience in coping with unexpected situations and emotions. what is more, I don't do yoga then and as a result, didn't know the calming techniques I am using these days.

Q3- Have you ever lost your patience?

Ans- Of course, I have and not just once to my regret. For instance, I lose my cool every now and then when i get stuck in heavy traffic, especially if I'm in a hurry or when i am surrounded by people who move or act slowly so , yet i fume with anger from time to time.

Q4-What do you become impatient about?

Ans- Well, i can become impatient about automated responses or waiting for someone who is late. I can also huff and puff because of doing some scrupulous routine work for a long time or falling to get quick results, so it depends.

Q5-Do you think patience is important?

Ans- Well, in general , i guess it is very important, but i known that sometimes while waiting for everything to be in place people miss important opportunities to act, which in many cases restricts their development and growth. And the second negative feature of patience is the fact that it pushes people to ignore the innovative wisdom that comes from going with their instincts and initial perspectives which can greatly enhance the effectiveness of decision making an let people have a happier and healthier life.
